摘要
江苏的外商直接投资在不断增加,与此同时,江苏也出现了不少的外商投资企业撤资事件。为此,本文分析和估计了江苏外商投资企业撤资的概况,进而对其产生原因、影响进行了研究,最后提出了减少外商投资企业撤资的政策建议。
With the growth of foreign investment in Jiangsuk, a lot of divestment of foreign-invested enterprises is emer- ging in Jiangsu. This paper analyses and estimates the situations of divestment of foreign-invested enterprises in Jiangsu, further more, it studies the causes and impacts, at last it puts forward some suggestions on reducing divestment of foreign-invested enterprises.
