地面钻井式抽采混合煤层气研究与实践 被引量:2

摘要 为促进煤矿安全、资源利用、环境保护和综合效益的和谐发展,根据混合煤层气的产出机理及钻井式抽采混合煤层气的原理,对混合煤层气富集的控制因素和井位设计原则等进行了较深入的研究和探讨。研究与实践表明,采用地面钻井方式对采动区和采空区混合煤层气进行抽采,单井产量高,见效快,既可以减轻因煤矿抽放至大气造成大气污染,又可减少CH4向连通的正在开采的工作面运移,减轻其通风压力,大大缓解煤炭开采过程中的安全事故,是油、煤两大企业合作的基础,对同类煤层气资源的有效开发具有重要的参考价值与借鉴意义。 This paper discusses the control factors of hybrid coal bed gas accumulation and the principles of well location placement according to gas withdrawal mechanism and the concept of gas drainage by drilling in order to accelerate harmonious development of coal mine safety,resource utilization,environment protection and integrated benefit. Both study and practice have shown that to extract hybrid coal bed gas by surface drilling for mining subsidence area and goaf area can quickly obtain high production from single well,alleviate air pollution due to coal gas drainage,mitigate CH4 moving to connected mining face,reduce the stress of ventilation,and greatly decrease safety incidents during coal mining,thus providing basis for cooperation between oil and coal industry and providing reference for effectively developing similar coal bed gas resources.
