摘要
如何办出有中国特色的药学职业教育,与世界发达国家的药学职业教育接轨,是实践中不断思考和探索的问题。通过不同方式与渠道调研以美国、德国和日本为代表的西方发达国家药学职业教育现况,从课程体系、实践教学以及师资队伍构建等方面进行比较,从中寻找差距,为寻求符合我国实际情况的药学职业教育提供借鉴。
How to build up Chinese characteristic vocational pharmacy education, how to follow up with the trend of pharmacy vocational education of the world developed countries, the authors propose considering these problems in practice. This paper discusses the current state of pharmacy vocational education in USA, Germany and Japan, comparing curriculum system, practice teaching and teacher＇s cultivation mode with those of the world developed countries, and hopes to get the difference and seeks some methods to meet the practice pharmacy vocational education in China.
