摘要
师范生教育实践能力是教师素质的重要组成部分,是师范生未来从事教师教育工作的职业能力。当前,师范院校教师教育课程缺少内在统合性,不能很好地实现师范生教育实践能力的培养,因此,教师教育课程的整合势在必行。教师教育课程的整合要以教师专业发展为基础,遵循课程整合的理念,设计主题化的课程模块。情景化的课程模块和实践化的课程模块的课程整合形式,能实现教师教育课程结构的内在合理性,更好地培养师范生的教育实践能力。
Teacher students' practical abilities are important parts of a teacher's qualities and its also the professional abilities as a teacher needed. However, nowadays, the teacher-training curricula lacks of integration, thus it can't train students' practical abilities well. The integration of teacher-training curriculum is needed at present. This kind of integration must base on the teachers' professional development, according to the idea and theory of integration. Under the influence of other researchers' idea, the writers posted theme curriculum module, scene-curriculum module and practice-curriculum module to integrate the curriculum, hoping they can make the teacher education curricuium rationalization so as to promote the forming of teacher students' practical abilities more effectively.
