摘要
随着我国经济体制改革的深入和国内外宏观经济环境的重大变化,中小企业的发展面临着市场管理无序、融资困难、管理人员素质较低且管理水平落后的问题。本文通过对以上问题的分析,提出了调整组织结构、努力吸引和培养人才、寻求多元化融资途径、提高信息化水平的解决对策。
Along with deep reform of the economic system and the great changes in domestic and international macroscopic economic environment, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises face lots of new contradictions and problems. These problems include the discord of market management, difficult financing, low capacity of managerial stuff and backward management level. This paper analyses these problems and puts forward some suggestions of solving the problems, which involve adjusting the organization structure, attracting and training talents, searching for multifarious financing approaches, and improving information level.
