摘要
选用38~40周龄的健康苏禽三凤绿壳蛋鸡和海兰蛋鸡各180只,按品种分成2个处理组,每个处理组6个重复,每个重复30只,研究两品种蛋鸡之间的生产性能及蛋品质差异。试验结果表明:与海兰蛋鸡相比,绿壳蛋鸡的产蛋率低18.97%(P<0.05),平均蛋重低19.23%(P<0.05),只日耗料量减少35.49%(P<0.01),料蛋比低1.42%(P>0.05),破损率、次蛋率分别低36.25%(P<0.05)、52.63%(P<0.05);蛋中脂肪含量高17.21%(P>0.05),胆固醇低4.4%,蛋白质含量高7.99%(P>0.05),蛋壳厚度高12.5%。
In order to study the differences of the growth performance and egg quality between blue-shell layer and Hailan laying hen, One hundred and eighty blue-shell laying hens and Hailan laying hens(38-40 week-old) were chosen to be randomly divided into two groups, each group included six replications and each involved thirty chicks. The results showed that compared to Hailan laying hen, laying rate, egg weight, feed intake, breakage rate and poor egg rate of blue-shell layer were decreased respectively to 18.97%(P〈0.05), 19.23%(P〈 0.05),35.49%(P〈0.05), 1.42%(P〉0.05), 36.25%(P〈0.05), 52.63%(P〈0.05). On aspects of egg quality, cholesterol content and fat content of blue-shell layer cut down respectively 4.4% and 17.21%(P〉0.05); but egg shell thick hess and the protein content increased 12.5%(P〉0.05), 7.99%(P〉0.05).
