汽车发动机排气阀脉冲激光焊接实验研究 被引量:3

Study of Charge Air Cooler Welding by Pulse Laser

摘要 采用YAG激光作为焊接热源,对汽车发动机排气阀的激光焊接工艺进行了实验研究。实验结果表明:对焊面的打磨、抛光和紧密接触对防止焊缝中产生过多的气孔和提高焊缝的机械性能有重要作用;激光功率密度、焊接速度、脉冲宽度和脉冲频率四个参数是实现脉冲激光焊接的关键因素。经理论推导,确定了在脉冲激光最大平均输出功率300W、单脉冲能量60J、脉冲频率5Hz、焊接速度0.75mm/s的限定条件下,最佳工艺参数组合为脉冲宽度8ms和峰值功率7.5KW。与经传统摩擦焊所得焊缝质量相比,其抗剪切强度有明显提高。 The welding technology of engine drain tap was studied by low powerYAG laser. Experiment result indicates that laser power density, welding speed, pulse frequency and pulse width are the key factors of pulse laser welding and that the polishment, close touch of butt joint faces have an important effect on the air vents number in welding line and the mechanical performance of welding line. By way of theory deduction, on the controlled condition that maximal average output power is 300W, single pulse energy is 60J, frequency is 5Hz, welding speed is 0.75mm/s, the optimum values of gainning an excellent welding quality were confirmed to be: peak power 7.5kw and pulse width 8ms.
