摘要
ICP-MS法是测定痕量和超痕量元素的一种分析手段,我国应用该法测定贵金属已有十多年历史,近年来的研究应用发展较快。论文简单介绍了ICP-MS法的分析性能及其测定贵金属的分析程序;着重介绍了我国分析工作者用ICP-MS法测定贵金属在岩矿分析、金属材料分析和环境生物样品分析中的研究应用概况。引用文献97篇。
This paper gives a review on the developments of ICP - MS for the determination of precious metals. It briefly states the technique＇ s procedures and performance for precious metals analysis with the emphasis on its research and application in rock and mineral analysis, material analysis, environment and biology samples analysis with 97 references.
