摘要
以ZrOCl2.8H2O为锆源,Y2O3为稳定剂,NH3.H2O为沉淀剂,PEG1000为分散剂,通过反向共沉淀法在800℃保温1h,制备出四方相含量为88℅、粒径为50~70nm、分散性好的3Y-ZrO2粉体。利用DTA-TG、XRD、TEM等测试手段研究了沉淀的热处理温度对3Y-ZrO2合成效果及颗粒大小的影响和PEG1000的加入量对粉体分散效果的影响。
3Y-ZrO2 powder with a tetragonal phase content of 88%, particle size of 50-70 nm and good dispersion has been prepared by using ZrOCl2·8H2O as zirconium source, Y2O3 as stabilizer, NH3·H2O as precipitation agent and PEG1000 as dispersant. The effects of heat treatment temperature on the synthesis results and particle size, the dosage of PEG1000 on the dispersion effect of powder has been studied by DTA-TG,XRD,TEM and so on.
