摘要
钢中MgAl2O4夹杂物熔点高不变形,对高级别钢种质量危害大,是近几年洁净钢领域研究的热点。本文阐述了MgAl2O4夹杂物产生的背景,总结了钢中MgAl2O4夹杂物研究的现状,提出需要对MgAl2O4夹杂物向低熔点四元复合氧化物夹杂转变的动力学做进一步研究。
The non - metallic spinel inclusion, MgAl2O4, has a high melting point and is an undeformed inclusion in the steels. Therefore,it is very harmful in the production of high grade steels. So MgAl2O4 inclusion in steels has received more and more attention over the last years. In current paper,the backgrounds of apperance of MgAl2O4 inclusion in steels are introduced and researches on MgAl2O4 inclusion in steels are reviewed,then further study on the kinetics of transformation of liquid melting compound inclusions from MgAl2O4 is proposed.
