摘要
应用流行病学调查方法和电镜超薄切片技术，对福建省４个中华鳖养殖场发生的病毒性传染病进行了观察。在肝细胞中发现的球形病毒是导致幼鳖大批死亡的主要致病原。还讨论了该病毒的超微结构以及对宿主细胞的损害作用。
One viral disease of Trionyx sinensis had been investigated in 4 culture regions in Fujian province by using epidemiological investigation and ultrathin section of the transmission electron microscope.The spherovirus infecting hepatocyte was the major pathogen which make a lot deaths in young turtles. The virus's ultrastructure and damaging effect to host cells were also been discussed.
