摘要
目的 探讨血液灌流串联血液透析（HP＋HD）治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效和安全性。方法维持性血液透析患者34例，采用血液灌流串联血液透析（HP＋HD）治疗方法与常规血液透析（HD）方法（自身对照）。治疗前后检测中分子物质（MMS）、血尿酸、肌酐、白蛋白、血细胞及临床症状。结果血液灌流治疗血液透析患者能显著清除慢性肾功能衰竭患者体内的中分子物质，单次使用治疗2hMMS平均下降25．0％，最高达44．4％。而普通透析对MMS无多大影响，两者具有显著性差异（P〈0．01）同时患者的睡眠、食欲、皮肤瘙痒有不同程度的改善。未发生其他任何不良事件和副作用。结论作为MMS的清除治疗措施，血液灌流临床使用安全、疗效可靠、无毒副反应。
Objective To investigate the effect and safety of combined hemodialysis-resin hemoperf usion in ehroicuremia. Methods 34 patinets with chronic uremia were treated by combined hemodialysis-resin hemoperfusion. Middle molecular substances （ MMS）, urea and ereatinine were detcted before and after the treatment. Meanwhile ,we compared the effect of combined hemodialysis-resin hemoperfusion procdure with conventional hemodialysis in uremic toxin clearance. Results MMS was reduced significantly in combined hemodialy- sis-hemoperfusion procedure（ P 〈0.01 ）. Compared with conventional hemoodialysis ,a combination of hemoperfusion and hemodialysis had a better effect in MMS clearance （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Meanwhile, some clinical conditions （appetite, pruritus,insomnia）improved, we did not found any adverse effect. Conclusion as a method of MMS clearance, resin hemoperfusion can effectively clean MMS and was confirmed to be a saf and risk-free procedure.
