摘要
本文以圆柱壳的轴对称弯曲理论为基础,建立了密间距加劲压力钢管整体结构分析的理论公式,并用有限单元法进行了验证。结果表明,本文的理论公式适用于任何间距的加劲钢管,为加劲压力钢管结构分析的通用公式;加劲环的刚度系数和等效翼缘为其间距的函数,这些新结论是对现行压力钢管设计规范的补充和完善。
Based on the axisymmetric shell theory,the theoretical formulas for the structural analysis on the stiffened penstocks with short distance rings are established. The formulas are verified by the finite element method.The result shows the theoretical formulas are suitable to the penstocks with any distance between rings and can be regarded as the general formulas for the structure analysis on stiffened penstocks.The stiffness coefficient and the equivalent flange are the function of the ring distances.
