燃煤电厂循环经济评价指标体系研究 被引量:10

摘要 燃煤电厂是我国的主要污染来源之一,燃煤电厂实施循环经济既是环境保护的需要,也是节能减排的有效途径。文章从构建评价指标体系的方法和循环经济评价指标体系的研究对象两个角度回顾了循环经济评价指标体系的研究成果。在分析燃煤电厂生产流程的基础上,从物质流总量、物质流强度和物质流平衡核算三个方面对燃煤电厂进行了物质流分析(MFA),定义了相关指标。基于循环经济评价的基本原则,构建了包括资源产出、资源消耗、资源利用和废物排放的燃煤电厂循环经济评价指标体系,并对该指标体系与燃煤电厂清洁生产评价指标体系进行了对比分析。 Coal-fired power plants are the main pollution source in most parts of China. The implementation of circular economy in coal-fired power plants is necessary for environmental protection and also an effective way of energy saving and emission reduction. This paper reviews the research of evaluation index system for circular economy from the aspects of construction methods and research objects. On the basis of the production and operation process of conventional coal fired power plant, we carry out the material flow analysis (MFA) through analyzing the quantity, intensity and accounting of material flow. And relevant index are defined. Based on the "3R" principle, we construct the evaluation index system for the circular economy of coal-fired power plant, including index of resources output, resources consumption, resources utilization and waste discharge. In addition, the evaluation index system of circular economy is compared With that of cleaner production.
