摘要
利用动模试验数据对基于相位偏移的分布式同步发电机孤岛检测法的特性进行了全面分析,针对其存在的灵敏度和可靠性问题,提出了一种基于电压相位偏移和频率变化的复合型孤岛检测新方法,详细描述了该方法的检测原理。新的孤岛检测方法设置2个电压相位偏移阈值,大定值用于孤岛时分布式发电机(DG)和负载有功功率不匹配程度较大时的情况,而小定值用于孤岛时有功功率不匹配程度较小时的情况,同时将频率变化作为检测量,与相位偏移相结合组成复合判据,判断DG是否处于孤岛状态。动模试验结果表明,新方法在保证可靠性的前提下,可以有效地提高孤岛检测装置的灵敏度。
The characteristics of phase shift method used for islanding detection of distributed synchronous generators are analyzed based on the data of dynamic simulation. A new detection method,which combines phase shift and frequency variation,is developed to improve its reliability and sensitivity. The detection principle is described in detail:two phase shift thresholds are set,the bigger one is used when the active power imbalance between distributed generator and load is large while the smaller one is used when the imbalance is small. The frequency variation is measured and combined with phase shift to form a complex criterion for islanding detection. Simulation results show that the proposed method improves sensitivity under the precondition of ensured reliability.
