摘要
对我省病案社会化利用相关问题的调查和分析,总结了我省病案社化会利用存在问题,探讨了存在问题的原因,提出解决对策。目的是通过对我省病案社会化利用存在问题的研究,为制定适合全国使用的病案社会化利用管理制度提供客观依据,以促进政府完善医疗信息公开制度,满足社会信息公开需要,并保护患者隐私权和知情权。
Nowadays, social utilization of medical records has already become an important part of the publicity of health imformation. According to the investigation and analysis of the issues in social utilization of medical records at our province, this paper finds out the problems in this matter and discusses the resourses causing those problems and then put out the solutions. Through the study at the problems in social utilization of medical records, this paper could provide the objective basis of laying out a national - wide managerial system of social utilization of medical records, a system which could improve the governments to complete the system of the publicity of health imformation and fulfill the social requests of imformation publicity, and protect the privacy and right of know of patients as well.
