摘要
在阐述我国城市边缘区特点和作用的基础上，本文论述了城市边缘区可持续发展的指导思想和系统构架，提出了其评价指标体系。
After expounding the charaacteristics and functions of urban fringes in China, this paper disserts the guidelines and systematic frame for sustainable development in urban fringes, and points out releveant evaluation norm.
