初次全髋关节置换术后脱位的原因分析及治疗 被引量：8

摘要 目的探讨初次全髋关节置换(THA)术后髋关节脱位的易发因素及治疗方法。方法笔者共治疗初次全髋关节置换术后脱位患者15例,分析患者的原发病、脱位的时间、次数、原因及治疗方法。结果8例采用闭合复位后牵引或石膏固定,有1例再次脱位,复位后改为外支架固定。7例手术患者未出现再脱位。结论THA术后,早期脱位多与术后搬动不当或假体位置不良有关,中晚期脱位多与术前合并症及术后功能锻炼不当有关。偶发性脱位多可非手术治疗,复发性脱位多需手术矫正假体的位置。
