哈萨克族原发性高血压患者血浆EPCs CD34^+水平及其相关性研究

摘要 目的:探讨血浆内皮祖细胞(EPCs) CD34+水平与新疆哈萨克族(哈族)原发性高血压病患者血压、血脂、血糖、肥胖等的相关性。方法:选取新疆哈族原发性高血压患者87为观察组,哈族健康对照组79例,测量血压(BP)、身高、体重、腰围(WC)、臀围(HC),抽取空腹静脉血测定血糖(FPG)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),计算体重指数(BMI)腰臀比(WHR)。结果:①原发性高血压组血浆EPCs CD34+水平明显低于对照组(p<0.01)②原发性高血压组血浆EPCs CD34+水平与收缩压、舒张压、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血糖、体重指数呈显著负相关。对照组血浆EPCsCD34+水平与收缩压、舒张压、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、体重指数呈负相关。③多元回归分析显示在原发性高血压组中收缩压、甘油三酯是影响血浆EPCs CD34+水平的独立因素,在对照组中总胆固醇、体重指数是影响血浆EPCs CD34+水平水平的独立因素。结论:哈族原发性高血压患者血浆EPCs CD34+水平与血压水平存在一定的相关性。 Objective: To investigate the relationship between plasma endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs)CD34 levels and blood pressure blood lipid blood glucose and obesity of the patients with essential hypertension (EH)of Xinjiang Kazakans. Methods: Totally 166 Kazakans were selected for the subjects. They were divided into two groups according to their blood pressure: EH groups (n=87) and control group ( n=79 ). Measurement of blood pressure, body height body mass waist circumference and hip. Fasting venous blood was drawn to detect the plasma EPCs CD34^+ level, fasting plasma glucose (FPG), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), calculating body mass index, waist-hip ratio (WHR). Results: ① the Plasma EPCs CD34^+ level in essential hypertension group was significantly lower than that in control group (p〈0.01).②Plasma EPCs CD34^+ level was negatively and signficantly correlated with SBP, DBP, TC, TG, LDL-C, FPG, BMI in EH group. And negatively and signficantly correlated with SBP, DBP, TC, TG, WHR, BMI in control group.③ Multiple regression analysis showed that SBP and TG were independent factors to affect the Plasma EPCsCD34^+ level in EH,TC and BMI were independent factors to affect the Plasma EPCs CD34^+ level in control group. Conclusions: Plasma EPCs CD34^+ level is related to blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension ofxinjing Kazakans.
