摘要
目前常用的抗视网膜缺血-再灌注损伤(RIR)的药物存在抗原性差、选择性低、半寿期短等缺点,因此,许多专家学者利用中医中药的优势对RIR的治疗进行了一些深入的探讨与研究。本文作者从活血化瘀中药、益气活血中药、具有抗氧化作用中药等几个方面进行了总结。
Anti ischemia-reperfusion injury drugs for retina currently being used have some defects such as antigenicity, poor selectivity and short half-life, and many experts and scholars have done a lot of research in RIR by using the advantages of Chinese medicine treatment. The author reviewed the research progress of the Chinese medicinal herbs in the aspects of blood-activating and stasis-resolving drugs, qireplenishing and blood-nourishing drugs, as well as antioxidation drugs.
