氨糖软骨素胶囊对小鼠免疫增强作用的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究氨糖软骨素胶囊对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:采用清洁级KM小鼠,每剂量组12只,分别经口给予0.27、0.53和1.60 g/kg.bw 3个剂量的氨糖软骨素胶囊,以蒸馏水为对照组,通过淋巴细胞转化试验、小鼠迟发型变态反应试验、血清溶血素测定、抗体生成细胞检测、小鼠碳廓清试验、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞试验及NK细胞活性测定来评价其对小鼠的免疫增强作用。结果:各剂量组对淋巴器官脏体指数没有影响;3个剂量组均能增强小鼠迟发型变态反应强度,提高溶血空斑数,中、高剂量组能提高小鼠血清溶血素及NK细胞活性,高剂量组能促进淋巴细胞增殖,低、高剂量组能加速小鼠单核-巨噬细胞碳粒廓清速率,低、中剂量组能提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞吞噬指数。结论:氨糖软骨素胶囊能增强小鼠的免疫功能。 Objective:To investigate the effect of chondronitin sulfate(CS) and D-glucosamine hydrochloride(GAH) capsule on mice immunological function.Methods:KM mice were divided into 3 groups and treated with CS and GAH capsule by oral route at doses of 0.27,0.53 and 1.60 g/kg·bw respectively,once a day for 30 d,using distilled water as control.Evaluated the regulatory effect of CS and GAH capsule by splenic lymphocyte transformation test,delayed hypersensitivity test,determination of serum hemolysin and antibody-producing cells,carbon clearance test,macrophage phagocytic function test and determination of NK cell activity.Results:Different doses of CS and GAH capsule had no remarkable effects on the ratio of spleen-thymus/body weight.All the CS and GAH capsule at various doses promoted delayed hypersensitivity,increased the number of antibody-producing cells,and those at moderate and high doses enhanced the hemolysin level in sera and the activity of NK cell,phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophage.Significant difference was observed in the dose of 1.60 g/kg·bw in splenic lymphocyte transformation test.Low and high doses obviously accelerated the carbon clearance ratio and those at low and moderate doses could improved the macrophage phagocytic function.Conclusion:Chondronitin sulfate and D-glucosamine hydrochloride capsule can enhance the immunologic function of mice.
