摘要
目的:通过对2008年本实验室新确认140例HIV-1抗体阳性者WB带型、CD4+T细胞数的分析,了解不同人群不同病期免疫学、血清学变化特征。方法:应用免疫印迹试验(WB)、流式细胞仪检测HIV-1感染者体内抗体、CD4+T细胞数。结果:不同感染途径WB带型分布无明显差异(P>0.05),但CD4+T细胞数差异有统计学意义;年龄(age,A)≤40岁的HIV-1抗体阳性者体内全带型(9条带)与P55条带出现率分别明显高于A>40岁以上者;不同性别WB带型分布无明显差异(P>0.05),但CD4+T细胞计数之间差异有统计学意义;AIDS病人与HIV-1感染者的WB反应全带型、p55条带的出现率及CD4+T细胞数差异有统计学意义。结论:不同人群WB反应带型与CD4+T细胞数都有不同程度的差异,该项指标为追踪HIV-1传染源、传播途径及临床分期、疾病预后提供依据。
Objective:To understand the changes of characteristics in immunology and serology of different groups of people at different phases through analyzing the antibody WB banding patterns and the number of CD4+T cells of the 140 newly identitfied cases of HIV-1-positiveperson in the laboratory.Methods:Detecting the number of antibodies and CD4+T cells inside the body of the infected through western blot test and with flow cytometry.Results:Western blot(WB) bands of the samples infected through different infection routes present no obvious differences,but the numbers of CD4+T cells have statistical significance.Of the HIV-1-positive persons,the percentages of samples with all bands(9bands) and p55 bands in the group aged 40 and bolow are respectively higher than those in the group aged over 40.Reaction of the entire banding patterns of WB,the occurance of p55 bands,and the differences of the numbers of CD4+T cells of AIDS patients and(HIV-1 infected persons) have Statistical significances.Conclusion:Reaction of the entire banding patterns of WB and numbers of CD4+T cells have differences at different degrees.This indicator provides bases for tracking the Source of HIV-1 infection,route of transmission,clinical stage and disease prognosis.
