摘要
国际知名企业非常注重企业文化,企业文化犹如一个人的精神,渗透于企业的各个方面。如何将这种精神灌注于企业的物质载体——企业建筑中,应是建筑师追求的目标。通过北京ABB高压开关设备有限公司新厂区的设计实践,阐述如何将企业文化融入建筑设计。
Great attention must be paid to euterprise culture in an international well-known enterprise.Just as the spirit of a person,the enterprise culture is penetrated into all aspects of an enterprise.How to inject the spirit in the carrier（i.e.the building） of an enterprise should be the target pursued by architects.By means of the design and practice of new factory areas of Beijing ABB High-Pressure Switch Equiprmerct Co.,Ltd,it is expounded how to fuse enterprise culture into the design of buildings.
