摘要
本文阐述了为适应选煤厂大规模、高效、连续性生产的要求,生产控制系统应由集中控制系统向集散型控制系统发展,在功能上由现场设备控制系统、调度电话及广播系统、工业电视(原有)三部分组成。三个系统相互联系、实现数据共享,保证了系统的协调一致。整个控制系统由设备层、控制层、信息管理层三层网络组成的计算机集散控制系统。该系统集数据采集、监视、控制、功能于一体,完成整个选煤厂的逻辑控制、工艺流程显示、设备运行状态的监测及故障报警,对选煤处理的工艺过程进行分散控制、集中管理。该系统经在平媒集团八矿试运行以来,取得了良好的经济效益与社会效益,具有广阔的推广前景。
To adapt to coal washery is large-scale, efficiently, the continuous produces of request, the production control system shouhl convert concentration control system to distributed control systeln, on the function it consists of the field apparatus control system, dispatcher teleph,ne and broadcasting system, industrial television（original） three parts. Three systems are mutually contact, carrying out a data share, ensuring the coordination of system is consistent, The whole control system is consist of the equipments layer, control layer and information management layer that comprised of the computer distributed control system. That system gathers data acquisition, monitor, control, the function as an integral whole and completes the whole logic control, process flow display, the monitoring amt malfunction alarm of the equipment operation state, distributed control and centralized management to the coal dressing. That system has run in eighth mineral of the PING MEI group, obtained good economic efficiency and social efficiency and has vast expansion prospect.
