摘要
固定道保护性耕作通过区分机具行走道和作物生长带,可以减少田间压实,提高机具的作业性能。为此,研究了华北平原小麦、玉米一年两熟区固定道保护性耕作对拖拉机田间作业尾气排放的影响,对比分析了固定道与非固定道处理下纯行走作业、深松和免耕播种作业时拖拉机的尾气排放。固定道保护性耕作处理降低0-4 0 cm土层容重。相对非固定道保护性耕作,固定道保护性耕作从两方面显著减少拖拉机尾气烟度:一方面提高轮胎附着性能,减少纯行走作业尾气烟度;另一方面,通过减少生长带压实,减少机具作业阻力,从而降低尾气烟度。相对于非固定道保护性耕作,固定道保护性耕作在深松、玉米和小麦免耕播种时,尾气烟度分别降低了2 0.8%、1 8.7%和2 0.7%。
Controlled traffic with conservation tillage (CTCT) reduced soil compaction, improved agricultural machine performance in the field. With the purpose of investigating the effect of CTCT on tractor exhausting gas emission in annual two - crop region of northern China, the gas emission in both driving and operation were measured in different field operations. Results showed that, CTCT reduced soil bulk density in 0 -40cm soil layer. Compared with non- controlled traffic with conservation tillage ( non - CTCT), gas emission reduced significantly, consisting of two aspects. The first was soil compaction in the track can increase the cohesive performance of tire, which caused reduction of gas emission for pure driving. The other was avoiding soil compaction in crop zone to reduce working gas emission, by decreasing machine working resistance. Compared with non - CTCT, gas emission decreased by 20.8%, 18.7% and 20.7 % for subsoiling, maize and wheat no - till planting in controlled traffic with conservation tillage.
