摘要
轴流压气机试验时,温升效率与扭矩效率之间的偏差给准确评估试验结果造成了一定影响。本文基于大量试验数据的统计归纳,开展了温升效率与扭矩效率的对比校核,给出了效率偏差量与流量、温升以及功率之间的统计分布规律;对压气机级间引气试验中的效率计算进行了探讨,在此基础上给出了考虑引气影响的效率修正公式,并利用试验数据对该公式进行了验算,其结果表明在一定范围内对轴流压气机试验的效率准确计算有一定参考价值。
The deviation between temperature rise efficiency and torque efficiency has a negative impact on the accurate assessment of experimental results of axial compressor. The comparison of temperature rise efficiency and torque efficiency was carried out on statistical analysis of the substantial test data. The statistical distributions of the deviation values between two efficiency calculation methods and compressor mass flow, total temperature rise and power were presented. In addition, the applicability of the original efficiency formula used in axial compressor experiments with bleeding was explored specially. Based on this, the efficiency formula was corrected taking into account of bleeding influence; furthermore, this new efficiency formula was validated using experimental data. Results showed that the formula had reference value for the accurate efficiency calculation in axial compressor experiments.
