早期肠内营养在Cushing溃疡病人中的应用

摘要 目的探讨早期肠内营养对Cushing溃疡发生率的影响。方法将65例入院前均无消化道溃疡及上消化道出血史的重型颅脑损伤病人,在入院后24h内留置胃管开始肠内营养,其余按一般治疗护理常规进行。结果发生Cushing溃疡者10例,发生率15.3%,死亡27例,病死率41.5%,明显低于一般情况下的16%~47%及50%。结论早期肠内营养对重症颅脑损伤病人预防Cushing溃疡发生,降低病死率,促进康复方面起着重要作用。 Objective To discuss the influence of early intestine nutrition on Cushing ulcer incidence rate. Method 65 cases of patients with severe head injury were received enteral nutrition within 24 h after admission, the rest were got normal treatment and routine nuesing. Result Cushing ulcer in 10 cases (15.3%), death in 27 cases (41.5%), significantly lower than that of 16% to 47% and 50% under normal circumstances. Conclusion Early intestine nutrition on patients with severe traumatic brain injury plays an important role in prevention of Cushing ulcer, lowering mortality and promotion of rehabilitation.
