摘要
组织光学是研究光辐射能量在生物组织体内的传播规律以及有关组织光学特性的测量方法的一门新兴交叉学科．文章综述了组织光学的产生背景、发展状况、基本概念、主要理论方法和研究内容，并说明了它的应用前景．
Tissue Optics is a rising interdiscipline which deals with the characteristics of light energy propagation in biological tissue and the related measurement methods of optical tissular properties.The background,development,definitions,theoretical models and research areas of tissue optics are presented.Its some applications and prospects are also given.
