摘要
对芳烃装置改造中BA301加热炉主体炉管—两根进口大型集合管原材在国内制造拔制管头及消除应力热处理后整管上拱变形进行了应变分析,采用对称加热或反向加热解决了这一问题.
The strain analysis for an arched deformation on two large imported concentrated pipes after being drawed and stress relieved is introduced in this paper. These pipes are used as the main pipes in the BA301 Furnace on the Aromatic Project. The deformation has been solved by heating symmetrically or reversely on the pipes.
