摘要
从科技计划绩效评价的产生、发展、模式、维度和方法等方面,进行了文献综述,在此基础上提出了科技计划绩效评价的发展趋势和需注意的问题。
By literature review, this paper explores the performance evaluation of Science and Technology Programs, and summarizes the evaluation theory in terms of its foundation and development, evaluation models, evaluation dimensions and evaluation methods. Based on this framework, the paper further predicts the development tendency in the S＆T Programs performance evaluation and focuses on several problems for attention as well.
