摘要
木薯为世界3大薯类(木薯、甘薯、马铃薯)之一,作为生产酒精的原料,具有适应性广、抗逆性强、产量高、加工成本低等特点。抓住国家生物质能源发展的机遇,充分利用贵州气候优势和土地资源优势,发展木薯产业,对推动贵州经济发展具有重要的战略意义。阐述了木薯在贵州国民经济发展中的作用、发展优势及发展潜力,提出了贵州木薯产业发展的对策。
As the material of alcohol production,cassava has the characters of wide adaptability,strong stress resistance,high yield and low processing cost.It has important strategic significance for promoting the economic development in Guizhou Province that seizing the opportunity of developing the biomass energy in China and making full use of the superiorities of climatic and land resources to develop the cassava industry.The role,development advantage and potential of cassava in the development of national economy in Guizhou Province are introduced,and the countermeasures are put forward.
