摘要
采用气相色谱-质谱(GC/MS)、高效液相色谱(HPLC)、等离子发射光谱(ICP)等调查了碳酸钙存在下废旧电路板热解油的组成特征,探讨了碳酸钙对热解油性能和组成的影响。结果表明碳酸钙不仅能吸附热解过程产生的溴化氢,还能有效降低有机溴化物、重金属等有毒有害组分在热解油中的浓度,并提高苯酚、对异丙基苯酚等有价组分的含量。碳酸钙存在下的电路板热解油主要由这质量分数68%的酚、7.61%的溴代苯酚和溴代双酚A、16.32%的水以及2.07%氨和铵离子组成,其中苯酚和对异丙基苯酚的含量达到55.6%以上,具有很高分离回收价值。
The compositions and characteristics of the pyrolytical tar from the mixture of waste printed circuit boards and calcium carbonate are studied by GC/MS, HPLC, ICP and other analyses. The effects of calcium carbonate on the properties of pyrolystic tar are investigated, and the results show that calcium carbonate can not only adsorb hydrogen bromide, but also effectively reduce the contents of heavy metals and organobromine compounds in the pyrolytic tar, anti,increase the contents of phenol and 4-isopropylphenol. The quantitative analysis of pyrolytical tar shows that the pyrolystic tar contains 68% of phenol (as mass fraction),7.6% of bisphenol A and their derivatives organobromine compounds, of 16.32% water and 2.07% of ammonia, the total content of phenol and 4-isopropylphenol is over 55%, so it has very high commercial value to separate and recover.
