摘要
目的比较四种人工流产术的临床疗效。方法将240例自愿行人工流产的早孕妇女随机分为A组(异丙酚+喷他佐辛)、B组(异丙酚+布托啡诺)、C组(异丙酚+米索前列醇)、D组(单纯异丙酚),每组60例。对四组镇痛效果、宫颈松弛情况、术中出血量、子宫收缩幅度、手术时间、人工流产综合症及呼吸、循环系统情况进行比较。结果A、B、C组镇痛、扩宫效果、手术时间、子宫出血量、子宫收缩幅度与D组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01),尤以C组效果最佳。应用米索前列醇后麻醉药物用量减少(P<0.05),术中副反应少(P<0.05)。结论异丙酚联合米索前列醇用于无痛人工流产,镇痛效果及宫颈松弛良好,副反应少且操作简单安全,值得临床推广使用。
Objective：To compare the clinical curative effect of four different methods of painless artificial abortion.Methods： 240 volunteers who had early pregnancy were randomly divided into four groups with 60 patients in each group.Group A were received the propofol combined with Pentazocine,group B were given propofol combined with Butorphanol,group C were given propofol combined with misoprostol,and group D as control were given propofol only.The analgesia effect,the relaxation of cervix,bloodd loss during operation,the amplitude of uterine contractibility,the operative time and the side-effect were observed were compared among the four groups.Results： Compared with group D,the effects of group A,B,C showed significant difference（P 〈 0.01）,and the effect of group C were best.Conclusion： Propofol combined with Misoprostol is an effective way in painless induced abortion,its analgesia effect and relaxation effects of cervix are better than the others.It has fewer incidences and the operation is simple and safe.it deserves to be spread and studied in the clinic.
