摘要
目的:了解湖北省公立医院资本运营能力情况,发现存在的问题并提出相应的对策建议。方法:通过现场调查,对湖北省襄樊市27家公立医院进行问卷调查。结果:经过调查后发现,湖北省襄樊市各级公立医院资本运营都存在问题:三级医院固定资产占总资产比例过大;部分二级医院和二级以下医院病床较多闲置;各级医院功能定位不够明确等。结论:重视医院资本运营能力分析;强化管理者的资本运营能力;合理优化公立医院资产结构;合理设置医院病床,明确各级医院功能定位。
Objective： The aim of this study is to analysis the public hospitals＇ capital operation ability in Hubei to find the problem, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed. Methods： by using field investigation, 27 public hospitals were questionnaired. Results： Through the study, we found some problems in the process of the public hospitals＇ capital operation. For example, the fixed assets＇ high ratio of the total assets in tertiary hospitals; high idle beds in some secondary hospitals and below secondary hospitals; some hospitals＇ function orientation are not clear. Condusion： Paying attention to the analysis of the public hospitals＇ capital operation ability; strengthen the operational capacity of the manager＇s capital;optimizing reasonably the assets structure; setting reasonably the beds in the public hospitals; positioning all kinds of the public hospitals clearly.
