摘要
自1980年1月～1988年12月共收治的脑膜瘤81例,其中男29例,女52例。肿瘤部位以大脑凸面和失状窦、镰旁为多见。本组81例中手术全切61例(75.3％),次全切19例(23.5％),死亡6例(7.4％)。随访31例效果较满意。着重讨论术中减少出血和保护脑功能所采用的手术方法,同时也讨论了切口的选择受侵颅骨的处理及缺损颅骨的修补等问题。
Eighty-one cases of meningeoma were treated,52 cases being females and 29 cases being males. Most meningeomas were located at the cerebral convex surface and sagittal sinus and beside the falx. Total resections of meningeomas were performed on 61 cases ( 25.3％ ) . Subtotal resections of meningeomas were performed on 19 cases (23.5％); 6 cases (7.4％) died. A follow-up survey of 31 cases was made, therapeutic effect being satisfactory. Mainly discussed is the surgical method of reducing bleeding and protecting cerebral functions during operations. Meanwhile, also dis- cussed are such problems as the choice of incision, the management of the invaded skull and the repair of a gap in the skull.
