摘要
根据联合国的人居环境标准,安全性是首要的因素。住宅环境的安全性是建筑设计者和使用者都关心的问题。日本住宅由于其特殊的地理位置和老龄化社会现状,从整体到细节的设计对安全性进行了全面的关注,本文通过对日本城市集合住宅建筑安全性的考察展开调研式分析,以提高住宅区的整体安全性为宗旨,对住宅空间安全性设计进行合理化分析。
According to the human living environment criteria issued by the United Nations, safety is the primary element to be considered. Safety in residential areas is an important concern to both designers and dwellers, Due to the special geographic location and present situation as an aged society, Japan has been paying more attention to the residence safety. Based on a field investigation on the safety issue of Japanese urban residences, this article is to make a rational analysis on the design of residence so as to improve the overall safety of residences.
