摘要
在对技术经济学的理论基础发展演变过程进行总结分析的基础上,本文结合国外相关学科的发展特点,提出技术经济学的理论架构。技术经济学的学科性质应属于经济学,技术经济学是运用经济学的理论和方法研究技术生成规律性、新旧技术替代过程的规律性、技术进步和创新的规律性以及技术资源配置与经济增长之间关系及其运动规律的科学。其基础理论包括:马克思的扩大再生产理论、技术周期理论、技术进步和技术创新理论、经济增长理论等。技术经济学的应用理论包括:经济效果理论、技术转移理论、技术选择理论、技术扩散理论等。
Based on the analysis of the evaluation of fundamental theories of technological economics, and integrated with the characters of oversea relative studies, its theoretical framework is put forward. The character of technological economics is economic study. Technological economics apply the theories and methods of economics to study the disciplinarian of inventing technology, substituting technology, technology progress and innovation, and the relationshi Pof technological resource allocation and economic growth. Its fundamental theories include Marxian expand reproduction theory, technological periodic theory, technology progress and innovation, economic growth theory. Its applied theories include economic impact theory, technology choice theory, technology transfer theory, technology diffusion theory and so on.
