摘要
术后恶心呕吐的发病机制不明,药物治疗效果欠佳,非药物治疗如针灸治疗有一定的疗效,但其作用机制尚不明确。本文对针灸的治疗机制及临床应用从现代医学角度方面进行综述,阐述了针刺预防治术后恶心呕吐的疗各种穴位及组合方法,发现针刺效果不确定,可能与针刺选穴组合不统一,针刺治疗介入时间不确定有关,为进一步深入研究提供参考。
The mechanism of postoperative nausea and vomiting（ PONV ）is not clear. Pharmacotherapy is not good enough for PONV,and acupuncture has some effect on PONV though mechanism was not clear also. Reviewing the fundamental of acupuncture,clinical practice of acupuncture in modern medicine way, and expounding the points and different combined groups for nausea and vomiting in peri-operative and treatment, the author found that diversification of acupuncture points combined and time may related with effect of acupuncture. It provide consultations for the more studies in the future.
