摘要
通过单因素及正交实验研究了纤维素酶对黄姜色素提取的影响。酶法提取的最佳工艺条件为料液比1∶8、酶浓度为0.2%、pH5.5、酶处理时间3.0h、酶处理温度55℃。
The extraction of yellow pigment from Dioscorea zingiberensis was studied and optimized by cellulase through single-factor and orthogonal test. The optimal conditions of extraction were as follows: ratio of solid to liquid 1:8, 0.2% concentration of cellulase, pH5.5, 55 ℃ for 3.0 h.
