摘要
目的:制备豚鼠哮喘模型,观察止嗽立效颗粒抗气道变应性炎症作用。方法:以卵蛋白致敏豚鼠为哮喘模型动物,灌胃给予不同剂量的止嗽立效颗粒,观察治疗后各组豚鼠外周血和肺胞灌洗液(BALF)中嗜酸粒细胞(EOS)计数和白细胞介素-5(IL-5)含量。结果:外周血中,空白对照组和止嗽立效颗粒组的EOS计数和IL-5含量均比模型组显著降低(P<0.01);BALF中,空白对照组和止嗽立效颗粒组的EOS计数和IL-5含量也均比模型组显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:止嗽立效颗粒具有抗哮喘豚鼠气道变应性炎症作用,其机制可能是降低机体IL-5的表达,并减少血液中EOS的数量。
Objective： To establish asthma model using Guinea pig to study the effects of Zhisoulixiao on airway allergic inflammation. Methods： Eosinophil （EOS） cell counts and interleukin-5 （IT-5） content in blood and bronchial alveolar lavage fluid （BALF） were determined in Guinea pig with asthma after being infected with ovalbumin through gastritie injection at different dosages of Zhisoulixiao. Results： The EOS and IL-5 levels in blood and BALF in the asthma group were greater than those of the control group significantly （P〈0.01）. Additionally, the EOS and IL-5 levels of Zhisoulixiao groups were lower than those of the asthma groups significantly （P〈0.01）. Condusion： Zhisoulixiao can inhibit the airway allergic inflammation of asthma animals and its mechanism seems to reduce EOS and IL-5 levels in blood and BALF.
