摘要
目的:探讨老年2型糖尿病患者尿微量清蛋白/肌酐(UAlb/Cr)与脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)的关系。方法:将48例老年2型糖尿病患者按照UAlb/Cr的不同分为两组,A组(UAlb/Cr<20mg/g)和B组(UAlb/Cr≥20mg/g),各24例,分别测定baPWV。结果:A组baPWV明显低于B组,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者中,UAlb/Cr与baPWV有密切关系,提示动脉粥样硬化程度与糖尿病肾病的严重程度相关。
Objective： To investigate the relationships between urinary albumin-creatinin ration （UAlb/Cr）and pulse wave velocity（baPWV）in elderly people with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods： 48 cases of elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus patients were divided into 2 groups according to UAlb/Cr, group A （UAlb/Cr〈20 mg/g） and group B （UAlb/Cr≥20 mg/g）, with 24 cases each. The baPWV was examined at the same time. Results： The difference of ba-PWV was significant, A group〈B group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： In elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus patients, UAlb/Cr correlated with baPWV, which indicated atherosclerosis aggravated the progression of diabetes nephropathy.
