摘要
以BtR05为原始菌株,通过紫外诱变,获得一株对朱砂叶螨成螨有较高毒力的突变株63号.63号菌株的生长速度快,繁殖力强,LB摇瓶培养48 h后显微计数为4.88×109cfu.mL-1.63号发酵液的杀螨活性是原始菌株的1.33倍.通过斜面传代培养,该菌株能稳定遗传10代.
By using BtR05 as the original strain, mutant strain 63 having higher toxicity to adult mites of Tetranychus cinnabarinus was obtained by UV mutation. The strain grew faster and bred stronger than parental strain, its microscope counting number was 4.88 ×10^9 cfu. mL^-1 after shaking cultivation 48 h in LB liquid. The toxicity to adult mites of its fermentative broth was 1.33 times as much as BtR05. The strain could transmit 10 generations steadily through slant subculture.
