摘要
本文采用光周期差值百分数(pd)分析了72个黑龙江省主要推广大豆品种光周期反应差异及其稳定性。结果表明,这些品种虽来源于纬度相近地区,但各品种对光周期反应差异较大;品种间出苗至开花阶段(Ve-R1)的光周期差值百分数变异幅度较大(2.2-28.9%),变异系数为65.9%;出苗至成熟阶段(Ve-R8)变异幅度为2.0-13.6%,变异系数为34.7%;在供试品种中,大部分品种Ve-R1、Ve-R8阶段的pd值小于10%;相邻纬度Ve-R1阶段pd值差异不明显,但Ve-R8阶段及株高的pd值有随纬度增高而加大的趋势;不同年份间品种对光周期的反应具有一定的相对稳定性。
Variaiton and stability in response to photoperiod among soybean cultivars released in Heilongjiang Province were analized through short daylength treatment. The results showed that the difference in response to photoperiod among the tested cultivars was much bigger although these cultivars originated in relatively close latitudes. Variation coefficents of Pd values in Ve-R 1 and Ve-R 8 of cultivars were 65.9% and 34.7%, respectively. The cultivars with Pd values less than 10% (Ve-R 1) and 5% (Ve-R 8) accounted for 13.9% of the total cultivars tested. Response of a cultivar to photoperiod was relatively stable among different years.
