摘要
以八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)、N-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷为原料,合成了粒径在30~50μm,氨值为0.1—0.3mmol/g,pH值为6.0~7.0,乳液固体质量分数为28.0%~35.0%的大粒径氨基改性硅油乳液。将其作用于头发表面,运用感官评价,结合电镜扫描、X射线能谱仪对香波作用头发调理效果进行综合评价。结果表明:Si元素质量分数分别由清水处理样品的0.92%、空白香波处理样品的1.29%提高至3.42%,结合感官评价表明,大粒径氨基改性硅油乳液能有效改善头发毛鳞片,从而减小头发的干湿阻力,由于结构中含有氨基官能团,与带负电荷头发发生电中和作用而吸附,使得头发的梳理性、柔顺度及手感等方面性能有显著提高。
A large particle size emulsion of amino - modified polysiloxane was synthesized by the copolymerization with D4, N-β -aminoethyl -γ -aminopropyl methyl dimethoxy silane as raw materials. The emulsion had a particle size range of 30 -50 μm, the ammonia value of 0. 1 - 0.3 mmol/g, pH value of 6. 0 7.0, and solid content of 28.0% -35.0%. When it was applied on hair, it improved the mass fraction of silicon content of the hair from 0. 92% to 3.42% compared with the hair treated with water. It improved the mass fraction of the silicon content of the hair from 1.29% to 4.4% compared to the blank hair shampoo. The result showed that it could improve the hair cuticle effectively, and reduce the resistance of wet and dry hair. In addtion, the amino functional group helped electrically neutralize negatively charged hair, thus made the combing of hair, gloss and feel a significant improvement.
