摘要
针对小型投影仪存在的投影物镜不能互换的问题,为降低厂家的服务成本和用户的购置成本,根据国家标准《投影仪》对投影物镜的要求,从光学系统、结构设计、零件公差分析及装配过程控制等方面对投影仪物镜实现互换的可行性进行了分析,并设计制造了"互换装校具"进行验证。实验结果表明,按该方法装校好的投影物镜在任意一台同类型投影仪上均满足国家标准的要求,实现了物镜互换。
In order to solve the problem that the project lens couldn't be interchanged in mini-projector and reduce the service cost of the factories and the purchasing cost of the consumers, the feasibility whether the project lens can be interchanged or not has been analyzed from several aspects, including optical system, mechanical design; part tolerance and controlling the assemblage process according to the demand of the national standard Projection. And a specially designed len-interchanging-assemblage device has been used to validate. The experimental result indicates that the project lens assembled in this way meet the national standard, and it proves that the project lens can be interchanged.
