摘要 硬化性肠系膜炎是一种以慢性非特异性炎症包绕肠系膜脂肪为特征的良性类瘤样病变，容易误诊为肿瘤或者肿瘤样病变，本文对8例临床诊断为硬化性肠系膜炎病例的CT表现进行回顾性总结，提高对其影像学表现的临床认识。
