摘要
目的:分析孕产妇对新农合妇幼卫生服务报销制度的认知情况。方法:采取分层随机抽样,深入访谈21名参合孕产妇。结果:孕产妇对新农合妇幼卫生服务的报销制度了解不足,大多数孕产妇对报销制度表示认可。被访谈者愿意多交保费来换取更多可以报销的妇幼卫生服务,最希望将产前检查和产后访视纳入新农合的服务包。结论:孕产妇对报销制度认知不足,应该加强宣传,同时在条件允许情况下,纳入更多可报销的妇幼卫生服务项目。
Objective ： To analyze the awareness of pregnant and lying - in women to reimbursement policy of new rural cooperative medical scheme. Methods： 21 pregnant and lying- in women participating in new rural cooperative medical scheme were interviewed by stratified random sampling. Results： Pregnant and lying - in women lacked understanding of reimbursement policy of new rural cooperative medical scheme, most of the women approved the reimbursement policy and would like to pay more money for more including services. The most wanted expectation including services were prenatal examination and postnatal visits. Conclusion： Pregnant and lying - in women lack understanding of reimbursement policy of new rural cooperative medical scheme, propaganda should be strengthened, and the reimbursement policy should include more services, if the conditions permit.
