摘要
目的探讨鼻翼软骨埋没悬吊矫正儿童单侧唇裂鼻畸形的方法及疗效。方法本组共25例唇裂鼻畸形患儿，采取患侧鼻翼缘偏上方弧形切口，彻底分离鼻翼软骨，利用7号注射针头埋没导入可吸收缝线以悬吊患侧大翼软骨，固定矫正鼻翼塌陷畸形。结果术后鼻翼塌陷及鼻小柱歪斜得到有效矫正，鼻孔圆滑对称，切口瘢痕不明显，效果满意。结论软骨埋没悬吊是矫正儿童单侧唇裂鼻畸形的一种简单有效的手术方法。
Objective To evaluate the operation method of the buried suspension-suture of nasal cartilage for secondary correction of nasal deformity in the children＇s unilateral cleft lip. Methods Totally twentyfive unilateral cleft lip children with secondary nasal deformity were treated. The surgical methods included marginal U incisions, dissection the nasal alar cartilages, fixation of cartilage by suspension-sutures with a Gauge 7 injection needle for correcting the deformities of alar collapse, eolumella deviation and nasal tip. Results The deformities of alar collapse and columella deviation were successfully corrected. Nostrils became round and symmetry. Conclusion The buried suspension-suture of nasal cartilage is a simple and effective method for secondary correction of nasal deformity in the children＇s unilateral cleft lip.
