摘要
高校教师是高校管理中的重点和难点。试分析现阶段我国高校教师管理中存在的问题,并就推进高校教师管理改革进行初步探讨。
The stress and difficulty in university management is the teachers＂ control . The paper discusses the problems met with in the current university teachers management , and puts forward some countermeasures to the problems of teachers management in universities.
