改良全盆底重建术治疗女性盆腔脏器脱垂56例近期疗效评价 被引量：13

摘要 目的:探讨改良全盆底重建术治疗女性盆腔脏器脱垂的安全性和可行性,并行近期疗效评价。方法:自2006年10月至2008年2月我科共56例患者因盆腔脏器脱垂接受改良全盆底重建术,比较术中、术后并发症,随访术后盆底功能改善情况。结果:56例患者手术均获成功,术后恢复良好,手术时间95.4±21.5分钟,其中应用补片进行盆底重建时间47.5±9.8分钟,术中出血126.7±30.2ml,术后住院时间6.2天(5～9天);盆底血肿3例,会阴疼痛3例;平均随访15.6月(12～18月),发现补片侵蚀3例,近期无盆腔脏器脱垂复发;术后主观满意度较前明显上升(P<0.05)。结论:改良全盆底重建术治疗女性盆腔脏器脱垂安全可靠,患者耐受性好,近期疗效明显,远期疗效待进一步探讨。
